The Israel Government tonight cabled its complaint against Jordan to the United Nations Security Council. At the same time it instructed Ambassador Abba Eban to bring the complaint up before the Security Council. High officials of Israel’s Foreign Office and of the Israel Army are leaving by plane tonight for New York carrying all the factual details to support the complaint.
