Egyptian planes flew over Israeli positions on the eastern bank of the Suez Canal at noon yesterday, military spokesmen announced today. A complaint has been lodged with the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization. This was the fourth complaint over similar incidents since the current cease-fire went into effect Nov. 6.
