Israel Consul in Poland Relinquisees His Post; Returns from Warsaw to Tel Aviv

Dr. Israel Carmel, first secretary of the Israel Legation in Poland who also holds the post of Israel Consul in Warsaw, today returned to Tel Aviv and resigned his post.

Theodore Kollek, a settler in the Eingev colony, was today appointed direct of the American Division of the Israel Foreign Ministry, Esther Herlitz was appointed deputy director.
