The Israel Consulate-General here today celebrated the transfer of the remains of Dr. Theodor Herzl, founder of the Zionist movement, to the soil of Israel. Ambassador Eliabu Elath and Aubrey S. Eban, chief Israeli delegate to the U.N., addressed a meeting of officials of the Consulate and of various Israeli missions in this country. Jewish Agency officials also attended.
