Israel’s Foreign Ministry is still investigating reports that Cuba has been extending aid to Palestinian Arab guerrillas and is currently training some of them on her soil. The reports, which appeared in a local paper, could not be confirmed or denied by Cuban diplomats here. Israel and Cuba maintain formal diplomatic relations. Defense Minister Moshe Dayan said in the Knesset that Israel had “no proof” that any non-Arab country apart from Communist China was aiding Arab terrorists.
