Israel and Lebanon are the only Middle East countries that have made contributions to the United Nations campaign in Korea, U.N. Secretary-General Trygve Lie reported this week-end.
Israel gave $63,000 worth of medical supplies to the U.N. forces in Korea while Lebanon contributed $50,000 worth of goods. Israel also turned over about $32,000 worth of citrus products to the U.N. in Korea.
