Presiding Justice Yitzhak Olshan of Israel’s Supreme Court, granted a ten-day extension, to February 6, for the filing of the appeal from the verdict of the Jerusalem District Court, which sentenced former Gestapo Colonel Adolf Eichmann to death. A request for an extension was received by the Supreme Court yesterday from Dr. Robert Servatius, of Cologne, Germany, chief of the Eichmann defense.
