Jacob Efter, general manager of Hamashbir, the Israel wholesale trading cooperative, returning to Israel today from a trip to the Soviet Union, reported that he had addressed an international conference at the Kremlin in Hebrew.
The conference dealt with the cooperative movement and its problems in a number of different countries. Mr. Efter spoke on the problems of Israel’s cooperatives, as well as on Israel’s development and the program of immigrant integration.
