A four-man delegation of the Israel Finance Ministry began negotiations today for a new trade agreement with France with a goal of a 30 percent increase in Israel-French trade. Y. Ben Dor, Israel economic counselor, said that the delegation was headed by A. Shlush, deputy director of the Economic Division of the Finance Ministry.
