Moshe A. Tov, member of the permanent delegation of Israel to the United Nations, left New York today as Ambassador on a special mission to South and Central America.
During the next two months he will meet with the governments of 17 countries. He will represent the Government of Israel at the Presidential inauguration of Gen. Manuel Cdria in Peru. He will return in September to attend the fifth session of the U.N. General Assembly.
