A conference of Israel diplomats and “honorary Israel consuls” from Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile under the chairmanship of Yaacov Tsur, Israel Minister to all four countries, concluded here today.
A communique issued after the conference revealed that the parley considered the various technical problems concerned with representing Israel interests on several diplomatic levels. It added that “a number of conclusions were reached” which are expected to lead to great efficiency in the various consulates. Israel’s position on the world scene was also discussed.
