Mr. Aron Horowitz, director of the Foreign Studies Department of the Berl Katznelson Institute of Higher Learning in Israel, has arrived here to establish cultural relationships with American and Canadian universities and to organize a society of friends of the Institute.

The Institute is the first educational institution in Israel to offer a fully accredited course on “Israeli Life and Culture,” sponsored by New York University and for which American universities grant six and eight credits to undergraduate and graduate students, respectively.
