Michael S. Comay, Israel’s first Ambassador to Ottawa, has been recalled and will leave for home next month, it was learned here last night at a dinner given in Mr. Comay’s honor.
Present at the function were leaders of all major Canadian Jewish groups and some 500 Ottawa Jewish residents. Ambassador Comay was accredited to the Canadian Government in 1953.
