The Costa Rican-Israel Cultured Institute will shortly sponsor a trip to Israel of a Catholic priest, who will tour the country and learn Hebrew with the view of teaching the language in Costa Rica.
This was reported here today by Joshua Shai. Israel’s Ambassador to all the Central American Republics, who returned from a visit to Costa Rica where he presented his credentials as Israel’s first Ambassador to that country. Before returning here Mr. Shai stopped in Managua, where he presented his credentials to Nicaraguan President Luis Somoza Debayle.
