Israel’s Ambassador to Mexico Mordechai Schneerson has presented his credentials as Israel’s envoy to Haiti and to the Dominican Republic, it was reported here today. The envoy to the three countries was hailed enthusiastically by the press in the two Caribbean republics, which lauded relations between Israel and their own countries.
