J. Tonievsky, director of the social insurance department of the Israel Ministry of Labor, is one of a four-member committee of International Labor Office experts which concluded a series of meetings today dealing with problems related to the financing of social insurance plans.
The proposals developed by the experts, which will be submitted to the I.L.O., will be of considerable interest to the Labor Ministry in Tel Aviv which is presently engaged in working out schemes for compulsory social insurance.
