Israeli farmers in the Tel Katzir region southeast of Lake Tiberias today completed planting those areas which were affected by repeated Syrian attacks until three weeks ago when heavy rains halted the work.
While the Syrians were still seen manning gun positions aimed at Tel Katzir and Israeli units were alerted to any possible attacks, there was no interference by the Syrians who apparently took Israel’s warnings seriously.
