The largest vessel in the Israel merchant fleet, the 30, 000 ton Tel Aviv, was handed over today to the El-Yam Cargo Vessel Company. The $6, 000, 000 ship left immediately for the United States to take aboard a cargo of grain for Europe. A sister ship of the El Yam Company, the Arad, will be completed by the end of this year.
