Israel grounded some outgoing commercial flights in a fuel scare. At least six planes scheduled to depart Ben-Gurion Airport before dawn Tuesday were held back for several hours after their fuel was discovered to be sub-standard, and in some cases even contaminated, Israeli aviation officials said Tuesday.
