Israel Guri, a Mapai member of the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament, and chairman of that body’s finance committee, died here last night. He was 76. Mr. Guri was born in Russia and settled in Israel in 1919. Among the posts he held were: Tel Aviv city councilor, member of the education committee of the Histadrut, and delegate to several World Zionist congresses.
