Israel has the capability to launch a missile to any location in the world, an Israeli expert said. Professor Moshe Gelman of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology told the Israeli daily Ha’aretz that Israel’s recent launch into orbit of the Ofek-5 spy satellite pointed to its capability to launch, by means of a missile, “a payload to any location on the face of the earth.”
