Israel is accelerating civil defense preparations for possible Iraqi retaliation to a U.S. strike on Iraq. Amid assessments that Israel could be the target of Iraqi retaliatory attacks, the army is planning to distribute instruction booklets to Israelis in the coming weeks, Israel Radio reported Sunday.
