Israel is bringing 800 Turkish construction workers to Israel as part of a $687 million deal for Israel to upgrade Turkish tanks. The workers will be employed by Israeli contractors to build private homes, and the money they send to Turkey will be deducted from the sum Israel must spend in Turkey under the agreement.
