Israel is delaying a troop withdrawal from two Palestinian-controlled cities in the West Bank. Ra’anan Gissin, a spokesman for Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, said Sunday the pullbacks from Tulkarm and Jenin are being delayed because of warnings of terror attacks against Israel.
