Israel is investigating whether Hezbollah or Al-Qaida are linked to Tuesday’s suicide attack in Tel Aviv. A foreign ministry official said there was no concrete link but that the two terrorists, who had British passports, might be linked to the two organizations, the French News Agency reported.
