The Israeli Government is giving considerable thought to the question of economic relations with the Arab states which will be established following the final conclusion of peace treaties, a government spokesman said here. Israel, he stated, is not now interested in a customs union with her Arab neighbors because of the sharp differences in living standards–and consequently in wages and prices–between the Jewish state and the Arab countries.
