Israel today joined the International Finance Corporation, an affiliate of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The articles of agreement were signed by David Horowitz, Governor of the Bank of Israel, who is currently in Washington attending the eleventh annual conference of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Mr. Horowitz is one of the governors of the International Bank.
