Israel killed the leader of Hamas’ military wing in the Gaza Strip. Hamas vowed to avenge the assassination of Salah Shehada, who was killed when Israeli planes rocketed his house early Tuesday. According to Palestinian sources, 15 people, including nine children, were killed and more than 100 wounded in the strike.
