Israel killed two Hamas members in the Gaza Strip. The attack on the men’s car also injured nine bystanders.
Israel approved a plan for European inspectors to man the Gaza-Rafah border. The decision means that Vice Prime Minister Shimon Peres may now approach the European Union on the matter.
