The Government of Israel may shortly submit a memorandum to the U.N. Security Council complaining about the security situation in the Middle East as a result of the huge amount of armanants flowing to the Arab states, it was indicated here today in well-informed circles.

The government here has secured information that Egypt has received from foreign countries 100 jet planes, 260 tanks and a number of submarines and motor torpedo boats. The jet planes and heavy bombers have been obtained by Egypt from Britain, the tanks were bought in Belgium and the submarines came from Italy. A memorandum to this effect was submitted several days ago to the U.S. Ambassador in Tel Aviv for transmission to Washington.
