Israel may draft a law that would limit Palestinians injured during the current intifada from receiving compensation from Israel. The bill would not allow money to go to Palestinians injured during “belligerent operations.” Some 500 Palestinians reportedly have filed for such compensation from injuries sustained during the past 15 months of Israeli-Palestinian violence.
