Yaacov Tsur, Israel Minister to Argentina, today left here for Ascuncion, capital of Paraguay, to present his credentials as Minister to that state to Paraguayan President Federico Chaves. Minister Tsur, who also represents Israel in Uruguay and Chile, will confer with Paraguayan Foreign Minister Bernardo Campos while in Asuncion.
Editorial Israel, a Jewish publishing firm, founded by Jose Mirelman, Argentine Jewish leader who a year ago settled in Israel, today announced the establishment of an annual scholarship for graduates of Argentine universities for study in Israel. Winners of the scholarship will have their transportation paid to and from Israel and will receive a monthly grant of 80 Israel pounds.
