Large-scale shipment of industrial goods to Israel must, however, await certain German regulations concerning the implementation of the Luxemburg agreement. These are expected to be worked out by a German-Israel Commission which will hold its first meeting in the middle of the month.
According to the terms of the Luxemburg agreement a Mixed Commission can be convened by either party to deal with all questions and any difficulties which arise in connection with the carrying out of the pact.
