The Itzhak Katznelson Ghetto Fighters Museum here announced today the establishment of two prizes to encourage and advance research and documentation dealing with the tragedy of the annihilation of European Jewry during the Nazi regime.
The first prize will bear the name of Emanuel Ringeblum, founder and director of the Warsaw Ghetto underground history institute. The second prize will be named for Shoshana Pulmann and her two sons, Wolf and Marc, who died fighting in the Jewish underground in Poland.
