The Israel Government named today the Israel delegation which will participate in the International Conference for Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy, which opens in Geneva August 8. The delegation includes:
Dr. Walter Eytan, director general of the Foreign Ministry; Prof. Ernst Bergman, head of research and planning in the Defense Ministry and a member of the staff of the Hebrew University; Prof. Israel Dostrovsky and Dr. Amos de Shalit, both of the Weizmann Institute of Science; Prof. Joel Racah and Dr. Shlomo Cohen, both of the Hebrew University; Chaim Katz, chief statistician of the Israeli Electric Company, and Dr. Menahem Kahany, Israel’s permanent delegate at the European office of the United Nations in Geneva.
