Stevedore operations in this southern port are going full blast as efforts are made to unload and re-load the 3, 400 ton Danish freighter Brigitte Toft before April 4 when the Costa Rican vessel Pandora is due back from East Africa. As matters stand, these two ships plus the Italian Catherine Madre, which sailed yesterday, keep facilities on the port’s lone dock completely occupied.
