Israel has received no official intimation of a decision to send Dr. Francisco Urrutia, aide of UN Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold, back to the Middle East to facilitate implementation of the Mt. Scopus agreement he negotiated between Israel and Jordan. These sources indicated the question had been raised with Jerusalem, but never finalized.
