Emanuel J. Feigin of the Israel Foreign Office has been selected as one of 29 candidates to make a working study of the United Nations at its headquarters here, it was announced today.
The group, representing 20 member nations, is part of a U.N. intern program to provide opportunity for national civil servants to become familiar with the workings of the world organization.
