An Israel parliamentary delegation, headed by Meir Argov, chairman of Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee, left by air today for South America where its members will meet heads of state, and legislators. One purpose of the visit, said Mr. Argov, will be “to interpret Israel’s political problems.” The delegation will visit Uruguay, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
