The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra–91 men and women–will arrive in New York Wednesday to begin a coast-to-coast tour of the United States. The group, which left Tel Aviv yesterday to perform two concerts in Paris, will also visit Canada and Mexico during their American tour. They will also perform in Japan and India before returning home December 23. The concerts will be conducted on the tour by Carlo Maria Giulini and Josef Krips.
