Israel plans to demolish 15 Palestinian-owned properties along a route used by Jewish worshipers going to pray at Hebron’s Tomb of the Patriarchs. The project was set into motion after Palestinian gunmen killed 12 Israelis in a Nov. 15 attack near the Tomb of the Patriarchs.
