Israel plans to develop the Western Wall. The Cabinet approved plans on Sunday to make Judaism’s most important prayer site, and its adjoining plaza, more accessible to worshipers and tourists. Approximately five million people visit the Western Wall every year. I would like to see a significant increase.”
