President Zalman Shazar marked his 74th birthday here today as a “routine workday,” the spokesman for the President’s office announced. Prime Minister Levi Eshkol visited President Shazar and conveyed to him the greetings of the Cabinet.
Moshe Sharett, chairman of the Jewish Agency executive, presented the president with a new edition of Mr. Shazar’s two volumes of essays, which have been published by the Zionist Library.
