Israel published the names of 500 Palestinian prisoners scheduled to be freed. The Prisons Service’s Web site on Wednesday ran the release roster — 382 Palestinians convicted on terrorism charges and another 118 held in administrative detention — to allow Israeli terror victims to lodge 11th-hour appeals.
