The Israel Cabinet yesterday ratified a technical cooperation agreement with Mexico providing for Israeli experts to go to Mexico to advise that country on sanitation problems, agricultural development, soil conservation, water desalination and the exploitation of water and natural resources.
The two countries also agreed to pool their experience in fiscal and financial matters. Since the Mexican Cabinet has already ratified it, the treaty will now go into effect.
