Israel reserves the right to retaliate if it is attacked by Iraq during a U.S.-led war, Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz told U.S. officials. Mofaz met Tuesday with Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, after meeting with Secretary of State Colin Powell a day earlier.
