Israel said it arrested five members of Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat’s elite Force 17 guard. The arrests, which took place near the West Bank town of Ramallah, come after Israel has accused Arafat and Force 17 of coordinating terror attacks against Israel with Palestinian militant groups.
