Three Arab smugglers were killed when a band of marauders was intercepted last night near the settlement of Neve Yair. The settlement of Gvulot, located in the Negev, meanwhile suffered its fourth attack in ten days by Arab Bands. The collective settlement known as Tet Vav was subjected last night to its second assault by Arabs.
An armed bandit was killed in an orange grove near Kfar Ana in the Ramat Gan district near Tel Aviv when a group of five marauders was intercepted by a police patrol which set out after them from Kfar Azar. The other four escaped. A Sten gun, housebreaking tools and a dagger were found on the dead Arab.
