The Israel Government has signed trade pacts with Bulgaria and Rumania providing for a total exchange of $13,000,000 worth of goods, it was officially announced here today. The documents were signed in Geneva.
The opening of an Israeli consulate general in Lisbon within the next few days was announced here today by Foreign Minister Golda Meir. Speaking in Parliament, Mrs. Meir described this as an “important development” in Israel’s foreign relations.
