Israel teamed up with the Palestinian Authority, Egypt and Jordan to encourage regional tourism. The tourism ministers of the four peoples met in southern Egypt this week to formulate a three-week package tour taking in Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Petra, in Jordon, and the pyramids.
